A newsletter to raise parliamentarians’ awareness of the challenges of international Geneva

The Fondation pour Genève, together with the Department of International Affairs and the Department of European, Regional and Federal Affairs of the Canton of Geneva, is publishing the newsletter of the Parliamentary Intergroup dedicated to International Geneva. This concise document is distributed in German and French to federal parliamentarians during sessions in Berne, to inform them of the current challenges facing international Geneva and to highlight the issues being discussed during the current session.

The topics covered in this edition include the federal government’s budget cuts project affecting international Geneva, Geneva’s role in promoting peace in the Near East and the ICRC’s perspective on current conflicts.
